Mixtape #16

Ceremony has seemed to take steps away from their hardcore youth.  The track above, "Adult", is more punk then what fans are used to. "Adult" is a cool 1950's suburb parody that finds lead singer Ross Farrar considering the meaning of growing up.  Perhaps that is where the distance from their hardcore past came from.

Rest of this week's Mixtape:

  • The Company We Keep: "The Company She Keeps"
  • Jack White: "Sixteen Saltines"
  • Bouncing Souls: "Static"
  • Vacationer: "Good As New"
  • Fast Times: "Nervous"
  • Every Time I Die: "Holy Book of Dilemma"
  • Your Demise: "The Golden Age"
  • The Forecast: "Clear Eyes, Full Hearts"
  • I Hate our Freedom: "Sans Sympathie"
  • Coheed and Cambria: "Sentry, the Defiant"
  • I Call Fives: "Back Up Plan"
  • Magic Wands: "Space"
  • Glass Cloud: "White Flag"
  • In Her Own Words: "Departed"
